​What if I don't see what I'm looking for?​

If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, please contact us to arrange for a park pick-up.  You can visit the Park Pick-Ups page for more details and for pricing information.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept credit card payments for on-line orders.  For park pick-ups, all transactions will be handled through Paypal Goods & Services.

Do you accept returns or provide refunds. 

We do not accept returns on merchandise, however we will provide a refund on items that arrive to you in unsatisfactory condition (Damaged, Broken, etc).  We want you to be happy with your purchase so if things don't go right, we'll make every effort to rectify the situation.  

 

How will my items be shipped? 

All items will be shipped in the most cost effective method with tracking.  Once your label has been created, the tracking information will be provided to you.  Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit once the carrier takes possession of the item.   We will take great care in wrapping your items so that they arrive safely, but if you ever have an issue-please let us know and we'll do what we can to rectify the situation.

Do you ship to Hawaii/Alaska or Internationally? 

At this time, we can only offer free shipping to the Continental US.  If you are interested in having something shipped elsewhere, please contact us for a quote.
